I am a clinical psychologist, and I work with children, adolescents, and adults. Within the context of a collaborative, warm, and supportive relationship, I focus on teaching skills that help clients to develop a sense of confidence in effectively managing their emotions and behavior. My treatment approach is primarily cognitive behavioral. I believe that kindness, authenticity, and evidence-based interventions that are skillfully chosen and applied, combine to effectively diminish suffering and increase capacity for joy.

I have particular expertise in treating anxiety, OCD, postpartum OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB) and eating disorders. In working with children, I heavily involve parents throughout the treatment process.
