My belief is that we all have the desire to have our thoughts and feelings heard. As we journey throughout life, it is not uncommon for us to hurdle through obstacles. The good thing is that you do not have to hurdle through them alone. Allow me to provide a safe place for you to express and process your thoughts and emotions. My goal is to assist you in learning how to become empowered and authentic during each session.
My desire is to work with children, teenagers, adults and young adults. I will provide you with support and empowerment while working with you as you gain insight and work through your problems. My specialties include and are not limited to assisting individuals with grief, ADHD, anxiety, depression, peer relationships, family conflict and stress.
