Therapy begins by building self awareness and emotional intelligence and moves into exploring beliefs and thought patterns which affect your feelings or moods, behavior and relationships. I help you understand the meanings you attach to events and the impact this brings to yourself and others, so you can enjoy an empowered sense of self and personal control in your life.
I have been privileged to work with adolescents, adults and couples from a variety of cultural backgrounds. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, spiritual issues, marital and parenting issues, divorce, co-dependency, personal conflicts and stressors, and stage of life transitions.
