I believe insight, reflection, and personal awareness are powerful tools for understanding ourselves better and changing our lives.
I use different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing (EMDR). In addition, I help couples work through their miscommunications and conflicts to help gain understanding and respect for one another.
