My passion is to help individuals live the quality life they want by using a person centered approach. I include looking at the whole person when considering the best approach to treatment. Patterns of behaviors, diet, physical activity and strengths are part of a holistic approach to treatment. I work with clients to develop a plan to improve quality of life and make the changes they want to make. A healthy mind is a key element to a healthy life.
I offer telehealth and in person sessions to support you on your journey. I offer a psychoanalytical approach to treatment with CBT skills that fit into everyday life. Treatment with me will involve active listening and hearing what is most important to you, and working on the challenges you want to work on.
I have 15 years of experience working with individuals in gaining and maintaining healthy mental health. I am licensed in Vermont and Washington state as well as SC.
