Specializing in ADHD. and working with individuals on their mental and functional health, phase of life, spiritual and relationship journey, I incorporate evidence based and nontraditional strategies tailored to your needs and overall well-being. My practice focuses on assisting individuals on identifying their stored emotions, and reshaping unhealthy internal language, perspectives, and behaviors.
Utilizing various modalities and interventions, I work with clients as they uncover habitual negative thoughts, explore their origins, and construct new ways of thinking/feeling. Focusing on how individuals define their beliefs about themselves and their relationships.
Clients are encouraged to let go of unconstructive thinking patterns and restructure their mindset: ultimately reducing negative self-talk and anxiety and enriching communication in all facets of life. I achieve this by providing a non-judgmental safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing interventions to help you meet your goals.
