I use method for treating clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Meditation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindful Meditation practices for reducing anxiety and pain. I have completed the following training for couples: Gottman Levels 1 & 2 and Level 1 Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
