cPTSD/Childhood Trauma Recovery Group
Our early life experiences impact us for our entire life. This group will focus on understanding how early life neglect and trauma influence our current day functioning. It combines learning with reflection and support in order to gain an understanding of why we think of ourselves the way we do, how we act as a result and steps to improve our most important relationship: the one we have with ourselves. The group will meet 8 times for 1.5 hours each, starting March 25th, 2024. Please email to register or for more information.

Beginners MIndfulness
We have many stressors these days keeping us anxious, focusing on anything but the present moment. Practicing mindfulness can help to reduce many symptoms of mental illness including anxiety and depression. In this 8 week group, you will learn skills to help you stay mindful of the present moment, becoming more aware of yourself in that moment. Each week, we will spend the first half of the hour leaning about mindfulness and the second half experiencing different types of mindfulness practices. Join us to discover new ways to decrease stress, remain mindful, and cultivate self- compassion. March 27th - April 15th, 2024
