Therapeutic space allows clients to feel heard, reconnect with themselves, gain greater self-awareness, learn to understand and handle triggers, change unhelpful patterns, and overcome life challenges.
I help clients reconnect with themselves and their loved ones, and widen their ability to tolerate emotional discomfort. My approach is trauma and neuroscience-informed.
