I use brain-body processing techniques that differ from "regular talk therapy" that can help you cultivate and access understanding and healing from trauma or stress. My primary therapy model is Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) and I integrate Brainspotting (finding eye positions associated with thoughts or memories) into sessions.
