I offer mindfulness-based psychotherapy grounded in the understanding that we are all intrinsically whole and connected to the world around us. I have nearly two decades of experience working with culturally diverse adults and adolescents. I am a Zen Buddhist priest with Catholic roots and am open to incorporating your spiritual beliefs into the work we do.
