My goal is to make clients feel supported and empowered as they navigate their unique therapy experience. I offer a non-judgmental and empathic space for my clients that promotes a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect. I nurture my clients’ quests for greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and wellness and empower them to use the insight and strengths they inherently possess to live more enriching lives.
My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic with a focus on developmental and attachment lenses to provide person-centered, strengths-based counseling. I use evidence-based, integrative treatment interventions including cognitive restructuring, mindfulness practices, conflict management, self-compassion/self-esteem building, and communication skills training.
I have helped adults, preteens/teens, students, and couples navigate challenges such as life transitions and stress, grief and bereavement, anxiety and depression management, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and substance use. I am currently accepting new clients for in-person and virtual appointments with availability days, evenings, and weekends.
