My area of interest is in working with adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, relationship and familial tensions, women’s issues and life changes. My therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature, using a variety of approaches to support the needs of clients, with a focus on a Person-Centered approach.
Together, we’ll work on identifying patterns and learn to take steps in breaking those negative cycles, while identifying personal strengths.
