As a counselor for 15 years I have worked with people from all backgrounds to help them find their true self and a new path free of their burdens. I am skilled in working with clients who are experiencing Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. I am a Level 1 trained IFS therapist. I believe that healing internal wounds of the past is essential to your journey. I am also trained in Progressive Counting, a trauma informed therapy to address past trauma.
