I work from a person-centered approach where I believe in the power of healing through relationship. I also bring a trauma informed and attachment-based approach to the transformative process in counseling. I believe that we are all doing the best that we can in the current moment. I believe that we are relational beings and we do not need to journey alone.
I bring an accepting and non-judgmental space that allows my clients to feel safe to explore their sense of self and find within themselves what they need to find peace and healing. I come with a multi-cultural background and perspective and enjoy working with people from different walks of life.
