I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR Practitioner, US Air Force Vet, and mom. I own Headspace Counseling & Wellness & hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with a wide variety of needs and use an integrative approach. I specialize in treating trauma, addiction, and post-partum.
