As a therapist with over a decade of experience in the field, I feel passionate about empowering my clients to find and utilize the strength they already have inside of themselves to heal and thrive. I am an integrative therapist, drawing from a variety of different therapeutic modalities tailored to each client. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative and I most often utilize principles from CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapies. Working to understand each individual in their broader systemic context, I strive to help clients with a wide range of identities and backgrounds feel seen, heard, and understood.
While I have specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders, I also see clients presenting with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, burnout, self esteem, body image, and identity exploration.
With an attunement toward self-compassion, my goal as a therapist is to support my clients to gently challenge those beliefs and behaviors which no longer serve them and move toward more effective coping and communication skills.
