Welcome! We may be a good fit for therapy if you or your family are looking for support with disordered eating, body image issues, family communication, anxiety, or depression. I work with children as young as 10 and love involving family through either family therapy sessions or collaboration as I work with a young person individually. If you are a parent overwhelmed with supporting your child's mental health needs, I can also help with outlining options for levels of care and supporting your child as they step up or down in levels of care. I have worked in the residential, outpatient and private practice settings supporting adolescents and adults through Eating Disorder treatment. I practice from a Health at Every Size and anti-diet approach and believe that family members also need to look at their relationships with food in order to heal from disordered eating.
I believe that building a relationship with my clients is a crucial part of making meaningful changes and aim to make therapy a positive experience, tailored to meet the goals of my clients. Even when working with children, I believe there should be a shared sense of control and want my clients to get exactly what they want out of their therapy experience.

Body Acceptance Support Group
This group is for anyone (18+) who wants to connect with a community of others who are also working on healing their body image, being kinder to themselves, nourishing their bodies regularly, and taking a softer approach to self-talk. This group welcomes individuals in Eating Disorder recovery, but a formal ED diagnosis or treatment stint is not required to join!
