I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with children (6+), adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. Additionally, I work with the older adult population (65+) with a focus on cognitive impairment and end-of-life concerns. I utilize unconditional positive regard and a strength-based approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. As Provisionally Registered Art Therapist, I also utilize Person-Centered art therapy interventions, when applicable.
I take pride in creating a safe and trusting environment and a strong therapeutic alliance, with the aim of helping clients acquire personal insight into areas of desired growth. I value providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, gender identity and sexual-orientation affirmative care that is tailored to each client’s unique experience.
I would be honored to accompany and support you on your healing journey. I am available for in-person and telehealth counseling and art therapy sessions at Grow Well Cleveland, LLC. I offer telehealth sessions Thursdays and in-person sessions at the Lakewood location on Fridays and Saturdays.
