I am eager to counsel a variety of people from all walks of life. I'm excited to work with individuals and couples from various histories, ethnicities or spiritual backgrounds using Narrative, Systems, CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy and techniques from the Gottman approach. I offer traditional counseling for individuals or couples and I enjoy couple's intensives as well, which is focused time for 1-3 days for 3-5 hour periods.
Through my master’s degree, licensure and counseling process, I have enjoyed talking through the stories of individual's and couple's and their emotional experiences in order to help them process their emotions, grow and reach their goals.
