I believe it's important to meet clients where they are and walk with them along their paths. Losses of all types, no matter how large or small they may seem to others, shape us in profound ways. Experiencing the loss of a beloved person or pet can cause us to feel as though life is out of our control. We all have inner wisdom and intuition to regain our paths to authenticity and live our best lives and through our work together, I will help you tap into these strengths. I am here to help you shape your "new normal" and provide support and compassion along the way.
My specialities include nature-based and somatic therapy, grief & loss, spirituality, and identity issues. I am especially passionate about companioning clients in their grief, assisting clients with spiritual awakenings and related questions, helping clients tap into their intuition, and bringing the healing powers of nature into our sessions.
I use a compassionate, client-centered approach, treating you as the expert and helping you tap into your strengths to empower you to make positive changes and authentic decisions. I also provide counseling outdoors, utilizing nature in the healing process.
