I offer treatment in office or through telehealth services to meet the client's needs. I am certified in CBT-Insomnia and have been trained in Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and CBT-PTSD for trauma focused care. I also include CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness in my practice.
