I specialize in anxiety, trauma, & relationship issues. Anxiety doesn't have to be something you just live with - you can learn to manage it. Your trauma or abuse story may stem from chilchood abuse, neglect or attachment wounding, or perhpas your've been wounded spiritually or relationally as an adult. Improving your mental health can change your life, restore hope, heal emotional wounds, & move your life and relationships in the direction you desire. Counseling is a journey - sometimes tough, always rewarding - and I'd be honored to join you on yours. Christian counseling is an option if you prefer faith woven into counseling.
Clients have said what they appreciate most about counseling with me is the safety and nonjudgement they feel to open up and share, especially when trust isn't something that comes easily. You can also count on me to sprinkle humor into our sessions. I think you'll find me to be authentic, relational, and gentle yet direct when it's needed.
