Parenting is hard and children do not come with an instruction manual! Using a relational and strength based approach, I work alongside parents to build their capacity to better understand the needs of their children and how to more effectively parent within a family system. Uncovering the factors that contribute to how and why we parent the way we do is key to discovering new ways to respond to our children.

My specialty is working with parents of young children and I have been working in early childhood mental health since 2016, supporting the caregivers of children birth to five years old. I am a facilitator of Circle of Security Parenting and use this attachment focused approach to support parents with strengthening their relationships with their child/ren.

My passion is supporting parents of young children and providing them with the tools and confidence to face the challenging, messy, beautiful moments of parenting and to find a bit more peace in the journey. Looking forward to hearing from you!
