I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice since 2001. I care deeply about helping my clients work through challenges in their lives, with sensitivity and humor. Everyone has challenges but sometimes involving a mental health professional is helpful to produce needed or desired change. I take into account the influences of psychology, biology, culture, family context, and spiritual/religious considerations to find answers to your psychological and relationship questions/concerns. I help my clients find healing and new ways to see the world and strengthen their relationships with themselves and with others.
I can help you if are struggling with marital conflict, infidelity, addictions, connection concerns, potential divorce, post-divorce, family conflict, a desire to be married, premarital counseling, grief and loss, anxiety, employment related problems, fertility, pregnancy and post-pregnancy related concerns, and psychological aspects of religious struggles.
Through our work, my clients come to understand problematic patterns of relating within themselves and with others as I teach them mindfulness skills, emotion regulation, and healthy ways of connecting in a safe experiential therapy process.
