I hold space especially for those who experience anxiety, depression, and difficulty with life transitions. I also work with clients who are struggling with religious trauma, doubt, deconstruction, or other forms of hurt inflicted by faith systems.
As an LMSW, I utilize evidence-based practice to meet my clients where they are and offer interventions based on a customized treatment plan. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed and insight-oriented.
