I am a dual-licensed clinical psychologist in NY and NJ. I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan with special interest in treating adolescents and emerging adults. I also provide family sessions and can customize treatment to meet client needs. I am highly trained in evidence-based CBT modalities (e.g., ERP, ACT, HRT, ComB) and specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and related disorders comorbid with depression, ADHD, ASD, and behavioral regulation issues. I also have experience treating those facing difficult life transitions, family conflict, and identity crises.

I am encouraging, honest, and my clients know they have an advocate in me. I also help set clear treatment goals and can give you proven strategies to help achieve them.
