Hi there! My name is Kristin, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey. I have been working in the mental health field for 8 years with adolescents, families, and young adults. My experience spans various settings, including group therapy, in-home therapy, and residential treatment. I have worked with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, but I especially enjoy helping clients with depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I primarily use a person-centered approach combined with DBT and CBT techniques, tailoring my treatment approach to meet each client's unique needs.
