I am passionate about working with individuals who are seeking help to make changes in their lives to improve their overall well-being. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes, and trauma. My treatment approaches are CBT, Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, and Family systems. Through therapy I support individuals in shifting their perspective to facilitate healing, and create healthy ways to cope. My practice focuses on working with adult individuals to make healthy changes to enrich their lives and relationships. Specializing working with adults and older teens 15-18 only.
Clients can expect a non-judgmental, safe space. I like to incorporate psycho-education to help you understand your diagnosis, symptoms, and the treatment. I find this helps to improve your own understanding of your experiences. Through compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental space you you can leave session feeling confident about the work you have done.
