I foster wellness and growth in people to be their true selves, to joyfully find their way through life, and to connect and contribute to collective wellbeing. I utilize liberation framework (learn more on my website) in therapy and coaching. I'm trained in Shadow Work, and integrate a variety of modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
