Do you wonder why your life feels so hard to manage? Do you feel like nothing you try helps? I strive to partner with my clients to help them face their challenges in a safe environment. I treat clients throughout the lifespan. Including, young children whose only way of expressing themselves is through anger and sadness, to teenagers who are struggling to find their identity and self-worth in a world of peer pressure and expectations. Relationships and marriage come with many challenges. I teach people how to identify their feelings and needs and communicate them safely.
I enjoy with working with couples to achieve understanding and happiness in their relationship. Learning how to communicate and understand what your partner is feeling allows the relationship to evolve into a more patient and loving bond.
Teens and young adults have many challenges in this day and age. Technology, social media, and isolation creates a very solitude and lonely environment. The challenges and expectations many teens and young adults feel can be overwhelming. I work to set healthy goals and expectations, and build on my clients positive self worth.
