I am not taking new clients at time. Whether you want to reduce stress, manage emotional pain, overcome a challenge, improve relationships, or “just want to feel better,” therapy can help. I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, relationship challenges, and overall wellness. I believe that therapy is a guided personal journey to promote healing and growth. If you are struggling, a guiding hand can help you to feel more like your authentic self.
I primarily use a client-centered approach to therapy which means the course of treatment is based on your goals, your interests, and your strengths. Clients describe me as being compassionate and non-judgmental which helps to create a safe space to explore even the most difficult topics. No matter who you are, you are accepted here. I am here to help.
I use a variety of therapy styles including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, attachment-based, short-term/solution-focused, and others. I am passionate about working with teens and young adults. Once we understand the “why” you are seeking therapy we will work together on the “how” to optimize healing.
