I offer a holistic, humanistic approach to complex concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, relationships, grief, trauma, and life adjustments. My framework includes EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, ACT, attachment theory, yoga, and a touch of humor! You and I will collaborate to determine which treatment components work best for you.
