I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked in various areas to include foster care and adoption, single mothers, parenting and personal development. I have experience in the areas of fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, women's issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, conflict resolution, and healthy relationship skills. I am passionate about helping women experience the freedom that comes from rediscovering their identity during the many life transitions and/or events that can cause us to lose sight of it along the way.

I practice using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspectives. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and specialize in Maternal Mental Health.
