My focus is Addiction and Trauma. I have worked with veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers struggling with depression, substance use, and post-traumatic stress. My approach includes Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, and DBT. We will work together to identify your goals and develop strategies which support personal growth.
