I am a licensed, board certified psychologist with 19+ years of experience providing counseling for adults in community, medical and university settings. I approach issues from a holistic perspective, have expertise with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, and provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.
Based on the individual's needs, I offer integrative methods that promote mental, emotional and physical healing . Some of these approaches include EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness work, relaxation/visualization techniques, self-hypnosis training, as well, as more traditional CBT and solution-focused talk therapies.
