As a therapist, it is my goal to provide you a safe and comfortable space to process through difficult experiences and emotions. I want to collaborate with you to address any areas of growth that you are hoping to address. YOU, as the client, are the driving force behind our therapy work together. I work with teens aged 14-17, as well as adults 18 and older, focusing on addressing concerns related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working with individuals across various age groups in schools, homes, and the community.
I adopt a strengths-based and person-centered perspective with clients. I firmly believe in meeting individuals where they are in their journey and providing the support to help them explore and develop in the areas that hold significance for them. I am trained in EMDR and use tools and principles from modalities such as CBT and ACT in my work as well.
Though my training and profession obviously make me biased, I believe that each and every person deserves the time and space to share their story and someone to help them make sense of all of the pieces. I would be so deeply honored to build therapeutic relationship with you.
