I graduated with a Master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual, based on their unique strengths, interests, and goals.
