For over 25 years, I have had the honor to work with individuals, couples, and groups facing challenges with relationships, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and general life stress. Through active and compassionate listening, I work with you to explore and identify feelings, beliefs, underlying causes, and unhealthy patterns that can lead people to feel stuck even when they have a strong desire to make positive changes.
While working toward developing a deeper understanding of yourself, I work with you to identify and expand your personal strengths as well as connect to community resources when relevant. I believe that there is no perfect place to start … simply begin the process of discovery and healing wherever you are today.
