Hello! I am a trauma-informed therapist, certified Brainspotter, I am trained in Ketamine-assisted therapy for individuals and couples, and I work with teens experiencing anxiety and depression. The qualities of a healthy therapeutic relationship include mutual trust, mutual respect, shared decision making and goal setting. As a therapist, I work with my clients to maintain a relationship that is caring, safe, positive and professional. I seek to meet my clients exactly where they are and to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and held with compassion and empathy.
As a certified yoga instructor, I understand the importance of acknowledging the brain-body connection, using somatic interventions such as Brainspotting to heal from the inside out, as well as interpersonal and relational therapies. Additionally, I offer intensives with Ketamine-assisted therapy for individuals and couples in my Folsom office.
After spending years in therapy, I found true healing by tuning into the wisdom of the body to release the bonds of trauma. I work with individuals and couples using multiple trauma- informed therapies, and I believe each person has the capacity to heal and to find their authentic, creative, and compassionate self.
