Every individual's journey is unique, and I honor this by using various modalities in my practice.
I am a trauma-informed therapist, and I use a mix of directive as well as creative approaches like play, music, art, and movement. I recognize the power of self-expression in facilitating healing and self-discovery. I believe in meeting you where you are. I am passionate about working with children and teens and am creative about how a session can look.
I offer virtual services and have sessions available immediately. I have some availability for in-person sessions where we meet at your home or a community-based setting.
