I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I offer telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, or families. I have experience with both adolescents and adults. I have helped my clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, or marital conflict. I am also an LPC-S and provide supervision for LPC-Associates looking to meet the requirements to meet full licensure.
My primary therapy modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered therapy. I believe that each person has their own path to finding mental health and because of that, I tailor my sessions to the individual.
