I offer a compassionate space to share your concerns. I take time to deeply understand your experience and provide therapy based on personal needs. Through the therapy process, I help you to build self-awareness, transform negative patterns of thinking, establish healthy boundaries, improve quality of relationships, and to achieve overall wellness. I consider the most valuable element of therapy as the genuine relationship between therapist and client.
I work with individuals who are experiencing issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Together with an integrative approach, I use EMDR to help clients process trauma and negative core beliefs. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they learn to manage their mental health and move towards self-acceptance.
