I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am also LGBTQIA-knowledgeable and I support relationships in all forms (including alternative, non-monogamous, and kink lifestyles). I am social justice oriented, and I always consider the impact of experiences of those in marginalized and oppressed communities.
I am a strengths-based, client-centered therapist. I believe that the most healing thing is the therapeutic relationship between the client and I.
