I offer trauma-informed, psychodynamic psychotherapy. As a Psychoanalyst with decades of clinical experience and personal spiritual practice, I can deeply empathize and lift to awareness the wounds that shaped your inner life and external relationships, creating patterns and suffering that often remain repetitive and destructive. Trained to discern the whispers of the unconscious, I translate current patterns and impasses back to their original trauma and provide a psycho-spiritual process for working through, regardless of your Higher Power. This concise and serious work helps integrate the whole person – mind, body and spirit.
