I am a clinical psychologist in private practice in Redmond, Washington, working with older children, adolescents, and adults. I believe that the greatest benefit can be gained by having an understanding of yourself and the ways that your relationships affect you. With this in mind, my goal is to use our relationship to shed light on how interactions, both past and present, play a part in who you are.
The primary method I use is psychodynamic psychotherapy. My goal is to really listen to what the client has to say and to point out connections between current concerns and problems from the past.
I served as chief adolescent Intern during my post-doctoral training at an adolescent in-patient ward at an urban medical center. Along with this, I trained at a crisis clinic, out-patient psychological services center, and at an elementary school.
