***Interest List for Future Groups is Available*** In making the journey from "what will people think" to "I am enough", we get hands on and messy in this course. It's amazing, and tough, and wonderful all wrapped up into one brilliantly powerful experience where you'll have the chance to not only practice courage and vulnerability, but to also be part of an incredible community building a movement towards living a wholehearted life. (This six-week group consists of at-home reading, group discussion, and in-person mixed-media art journaling. No previous artistic experience needed!)

The Daring Way
***Interest List for Future Groups is Available*** The Daring Way is a highly experiential methodology created by and based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help men, women and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent and lead. I am greatly honored to have been a member of the very first cohort of The Daring Way training and certification program.
