I'm experienced in supporting tweens, teens, and adults with emotional regulation, mood disorders, and developing confidence in their own strengths and potential.
Focusing on emotions is important, because emotions are clues to our needs and our values. Emotions are not facts and they can't rule our lives, but they can give us a road map to better communication and goal-setting. Becoming mindful of emotions, and teaching mindful coping skills, is an essential part of my practice.
