How we respond to daily life is evidenced in our physical, mental, and spiritual health at every stage of life and connecting with others who struggle is my passion. I believe human connection has the power to support our ability to heal and recover physically and emotionally.
My counseling approach integrates neurocounseling, brain-based interventions, with a health and wellness approach. My background in Neurofeedback training and Mental Health Nutrition/Health Coaching combined with Mindfulness, Attachment, Polyvagal Informed Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Complex Trauma offer a unique approach.
