I've been a therapist for over 35 years, married over 35 years and raised 2 (now adult) children. I know how hard it can be to develop connected, resilient, truly joyful relationships. If old memories, losses, or traumas re-surface I incorporate EMDR (www.emdria.org) therapy to help you heal.
My approach is caring, gentle, AND honest. My goal is to ensure that you feel known, understood and accepted. I received Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and in Human Development & Family Studies, a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, and continue to be trained in the latest therapeutic methods.
